Welcome. This document forms a legal agreement between the 33hb online gaming platform and its users. Eligibility & Age Requirements

1.1 Minimum Age

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the 33hb platform. If a person below this age limit attempts to create an account on the platform, that account will be immediately cancelled and any deposited funds may be withheld.

We may request identity documents or other paperwork from you to verify your age. We reserve the right to restrict your account if you do not submit the required documents.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

33hb is designed primarily to serve players in Bangladesh. Some services may be limited depending on your place of residence or location. If access from a particular jurisdiction is prohibited, users from that jurisdiction are not eligible to use this platform.

1.3 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being cancelled and associated balances may be forfeited.

Account Registration & Security

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account at 33hb, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading information puts your account at risk of cancellation. Your name, contact details, and payment information must be correct.

2.2 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

2.3 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or payment account), update your profile as soon as possible. 33hb will not be held responsible for any transaction issues caused by outdated or incorrect information.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud, 33hb may request identity verification from you at any time. This may require submitting a national identity card or other documents. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

33hb currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transaction requests below these limits will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If additional verification is required under special circumstances, the time may increase.

3.4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

• The deposit currency is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
• Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering is completed.
• If a transaction fails due to a technical error, contact the 33hb support team.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet a 10x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets required before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may benefit from each promotion once.
• Bonus balance cannot be converted directly to cash — it can only be used to play games.
• 33hb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account investigated.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program

33hb's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — increasing progressively from Bronze through to Platinum. Your tier is determined based on your gaming activity.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games available on the 33hb platform — slots, live casino, cricket betting, and others — are operated fairly and transparently. The outcome of all games is determined through a random number generator (RNG) or verified live dealers.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits may apply for each game or betting market. These limits will be clearly stated in the game interface. The platform reserves the right to review and change these limits at any time.

5.3 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket and other sports, please keep in mind:

• Bets will remain pending until the match result is determined.
• If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet amount will be refunded.
• A confirmed bet in live betting cannot be changed.
• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical interruption, that bet request will be considered void.

5.4 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game session, 33hb may decide to void or restart that round's result. The platform's decision on this matter is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Creating an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.

6.2 Technical Manipulation

• Using software, bots, or automated tools to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Hacking or launching cyber attacks on the platform.

6.3 Illegal Activities

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for criminal purposes.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Access from a restricted jurisdiction.

9.2 Balance of Suspended Accounts

If an account is suspended for investigation and no evidence of fraud is found, the valid balance will be returned. If fraud is proven, the balance may be forfeited.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. To reactivate a closed account, you will need to contact the support team.

Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

33hb strives to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service on the platform, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen reasons. 33hb is not responsible for such disruptions.

10.2 Third-Party Services

33hb will not be held partially liable for any loss or delay caused by third-party services such as payment processors or game providers.

10.3 User Decisions

11.3 Validity

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. A one-time waiver of any condition will not be considered a permanent waiver.
